Ingredients:

Pickled Mushrooms (Cepes, Bay Bolete, Champignons, Golden Chanterelles), Pickled Garlic, Pickled Baby Beets whole, Sliced Baby Beets, Polish Dill Pickles, Gherkins, Pickled Onions, Beets with Horseradish, Pickled Plums, Pickled Red Pepper, Pickled Patison, Pickled Zucchini, Mayonnaise, Tartare Mayonnaise Sauce, Horseradish Mayonnaise Sauce, Mustard, horseradish (red, white), boiled eggs.

Preparation:

Place products on plates, adapt them for example by color. The vegetables and mushrooms can be stuck on little sticks creating shish kebobs. Other snack can be hard boiled eggs served with various sauces like Mayonnaise or Tartare Mayonnaise Sauce.

You can also combine the egg yellows taken out from boiled eggs halves with: mustard, red or white horseradish. Use this pulp to fill the eggs halves.

Ingredients:

Smoked fish: eel, whitefish, trout; Mayonnaise, Horseradish Mayonnaise Sauce, Tartare Mayonnaise Sauce, vol-au-vent cakes, fennel, red pepper. 

Preparation:

Fill the vol-au-vent cake with sauces, place slices of smoked fish on the top. Decorate with fennel and red pepper.
